Compliance Officer (f/m/d)

As a Compliance Officer at Aleph Alpha, you will play a key role in supporting the Compliance Team in developing and maintaining robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Your work will ensure that the company operates ethically, adheres to relevant regulations (such as GDPR and the EU AI Act) and effectively mitigates risks related to its products, services, and operations.

• Lead and conduct training sessions on information security and compliance.

• Provide guidance and support to various teams on compliance-related inquiries and obligations.

• Define, implement and track ISMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Assist in audit processes, including organization, communication and documentation.

• Initiate and oversee policy reviews.

• Maintain policy summaries and ensure clear communication of updates.

• Experience with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or other relevant standards, along with knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act.

• Expertise in key compliance areas, including risk management, audit management and process management.

• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective with a focus on quality.

• Proactive, self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.

• Logical and critical thinker, capable of analyzing issues holistically and assessing their potential impact.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly, including to non-native English speakers.

• Proficient in office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
