We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, legally compliant advice and documentation, particularly for Employment Tribunal cases. As part of our expert team, you’ll handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, from drafting responses and preparing witness statements to representing clients in Tribunal hearings. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, including ACAS and litigants in person, ensuring effective case management while providing practical, commercially focused guidance to clients.

Beyond casework, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting senior colleagues with complex litigation, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You’ll also contribute to team efficiencies by sharing best practices and process improvements. We invest in your professional development, keeping you at the forefront of employment law while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
