Job Description
The Enterprise Architect in the Ericsson presales team is responsible for the architecture and design of complex, end-to-end, cross-BU, multi-geo solutions with deep focus on solution domains (Hybrid Cloud, AI, network, and security, and related software solutions).
Coordinates and orchestrates the integration of these complex cross-BU and multi-geo solutions to ensure customers' business and technical requirements are aligned and met.
Contributes to the definition of the account strategy.
This role is highly customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills as the Enterprise Architect will present the account strategy and end-to-end solutions to Ericsson C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Technical Responsibilities

• Specialized in a solution domain: Hybrid Cloud, AI, network, and security, and related software. Demonstrating deep solutioning expertise in Hybrid Cloud and AI solutions
• Organizational Architecture, Business Architecture, Information Architecture, Application Architecture, and Technological Architecture
• Has technical responsibility for Solutions E2E through implementation team hand-off
• Work hand in hand with the account chief technologist (chief architect) that defines the account strategy and sets the direction
• Identify resourcing gaps to complete winning solution across all BUs
• Leverages learnings from prior deals to develop reference architectures, streamlining future solution development opportunities
• Be a lead practitioner of the DNA sales motions to support development of net-new solutions

Commercial Skills

• Customer-facing role that requires extensive experience and communication skills to present combined commercial and technical value to Ericsson C-suite and senior stakeholders
• Translate customer business requirements into commercial and technical cross-BU and multi-geo solutions. Ability to translate complex subjects into actionable recommendations
• Together with sales, leads the TCO assessments for cross-BU and multi-geo solutions to meet expected business case values, including HPE GreenLake assessments and business cases
• Participates in commercial negotiations with client to ensure that the cross-BU and multi-geo solutions are included in POCs, solution/product catalogue, solution descriptions, price book, and relevant agreements (NRE, TCA, MPA appendix)

Proposal Development

• Translate customer business and functional objectives to technical solution requirements
• Shape standard/complex solution designs which cross the entire company portfolio (products, services, solutions) with necessary third-party components and offered as either CAPEX or HPE GreenLake Flex Solutions, SaaS and IaaS
• Determine key commercial and technical differentiators that will resonate with the customer to resolve their business challenges
• Engage Solution Architects when specific technical expertise in their areas is needed to develop a solution especially for large transformative deals
• Facilitate proof of technical capability as needed through demo, proof of concept, or benchmarking
• Works closely with Sales to articulate technical and commercial value, present solution, and overcome customer objections
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to document and communicate values generated from the new capabilities and processes
• Ensure alignment, knowledge transfer and hand-over to the delivery team including documentation

Key Candidate Requirements

• Extensive HPE solution knowledge (Hybrid Cloud, AI, network, and security, and related software solutions)
• Proven experience in an Enterprise Architect role
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English
