Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to establish, review, and enhance Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) projects and tasks.
  • Automate manual security-related processes to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the integration of security tools into the development pipeline.
  • Work with engineering teams to triage and reduce the security findings backlog.
  • Develop, track, and report on security metrics.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or similar.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and gain hands-on cybersecurity experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The budgeted amount for this position is $33 an hour.
