Our Security and IT Team is looking for an experienced IT System & Security Administrator who will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, support and planning of Pipl’s IT infrastructure, which includes endpoint management, servers/workloads, network equipment and security tools.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure infrastructure components (mostly on Google Cloud).
- Investigate and implement innovative IT solutions to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure the integrity and security of workloads and endpoints through regular updates and patch management.
- Oversee and manage backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's digital assets and sensitive information.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate within a structured ticketing system, primarily in Tier 3 support capacity
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as system or security administrator.
- Experience with cloud based platforms, preferably GCP.
- Experience with SaaS applications, specifically Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
- Proven hands-on experience in Linux, MacOS and Windows troubleshooting with good problem identification, resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with managing and configuring switches, FW, VPN, WAF, EDR and SSO protocols.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security concepts.
- Experience with at least one of the following languages: Bash, Python.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), CSPM, CDR, SSPM - a plus.
- Familiar with Kubernetes, Ansible, Foreman, and Terraform - a plus.
