Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled DevSecOps Architect to join our Center of Innovation (COI) team. You will be responsible for designing secure, scalable, and automated DevOps pipelines, leveraging emerging technologies while embedding security practices from day one. We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Architect to design and implement secure development and operational practices within our CI/CD pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Vision, Architect solution proposal and Support business development
• Lead the design, planning and implementation of innovative DevOps solutions
• Should have worked in a Practice/COE team
• Work with the customer to establish DevOps migration roadmaps and priorities and get implementation signoff
• Develop and Validate technical feasibility and target DevOps solution architecture
• Collaborating with engineering and client team to evaluate and identify optimal DevOps solutions       
• Reviewing architecture design in accordance with DevOps best practices, making recommendations on security shift left practices
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving application build and deployment issues
• Interacting with clients, providing DevOps support, and making recommendations based on client needs

Competencies

• 8+ years of total industry experience and more than 6+ years of DevOps experience
• Experience in DevOps Continuous Integration and Delivery practices and CICD tools chain on ADO, Jenkins, GitLab etc.
• Must have experience in Security shift left practices and implementation of SAST, DAST, SCA tools. Knowledge of SBOM is a plus.
• Experience in developing Accelerators as per DevOps implementation best practices 
• Must have worked on RFP/RFQ responses and deliver solutions and prepare proposal responses
• Experience in conducting DevOps Discovery and Assessments and developing a roadmap
• Understanding of the best practices related to DevOps and their configurations.
• Sound understanding of GitOps, Kubernetes, SRE, IaC and Cloud platforms
• Understanding of Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platforms is a Plus
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Good client management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leading the Cloud and DevSecOps Centre of Innovation (COI)
• Developing Go to Market offerings, solutions, capabilities and accelerators in DevSecOps
• Delivering transformation solutions and influencing revenue in Cloud and DevSecOps across verticals
• Responsible for Customer presentations, RFP’s and proposals responses
• Driving proactive proposals and customer connects for new business
• Developing strategic partnerships with DevOps tools vendors and enablement
• Enabling Sales and Delivery teams with DevSecOps capabilities and collaterals
• Thought leadership on DevSecOps practices and trends and development
