We are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to investigate and respond to security alerts, implement security policies, and operate key security tools. In this role, you will analyze threats, enforce security best practices, and ensure our defenses remain strong. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in incident response, security operations, and policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts for suspicious activity
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents to mitigate potential threats
  • Develop, implement, and enforce organizational security policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with industry standards
  • Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability scans to detect potential weaknesses in systems, networks, and applications, and propose appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Manage and maintain essential security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint detection and response (EDR), identity and access management (IAM), and cloud security posture management (CSPM) solutions
  • Provide security awareness training to employees to promote safe practices
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in cyber security or a related field
  • Strong understanding of cyber security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Strong understanding of security tools and technologies (firewalls, CSPM, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, IAM)
  • Experience in network security, endpoint security, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure
