Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager - IT Controls, Risk & Infrastructure Compliance will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing and managing a high-performance workplace for our client employees.
• Offering application services to the CIOs and their IT teams to support their business.
• Acting as the first line of defense in terms of IT, security, and risk management.
• Positioning IT as a key player in reducing our carbon footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in audit remediation in an IT environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI and ServiceNOW.
• Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in audit, compliance, and security matters for network scope.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate with a team or independently.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven expertise in network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, etc.
• English environment – mandatory.
