Job Description:

As a Lead Cybersecurity, this role is a mix of user/helpdesk education, user self-help support, and documentation stewardship. You will be focused on user and application MFA in 2025-2026.  The ideal candidate will need to quickly become an expert in our IDPs (Halo.E & CBB, Entra ID, RACF), integration patterns (SAML, OIDC, Junction, etc) and available MFA methods (Security Key, RSA, Mobile Key, SSH, Windows Hello, MS AuthR, etc).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Groom and maintain the document repository for AskIAM and the IAM docs that feed into AskCSO

  • Work with AskIAM team to curate prompts, test and development enhancement requirements

  • Work with powerapp/sharepoint dev to design flows and pages which embed AskIAM for easier, faster guidance

  • Writing and presenting training materials support teams (across 9 help desks) on new tools and processes

  • Create, update, maintain technical documentation as needed for workforce authentication solutions

  • Create and maintain collateral and requirements for sharepoint and power app development resources

  • Write communications for rollout campaigns and follow them through the full approval process

  • Write, groom, and maintain a glossary of technical concepts and industry terms in conjunction with technical SMEs

  • Identify and implement new solutions for refreshing and recycling technical content, calibrating for audiences with a disparate degrees of technical expertise

Required Experience:

  • 5-8 years’ experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role

  • 7 + years working in a technical documentation or user support

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security

Desired Education:

  • Masters degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security

Our Lead Cybersecurity earns between $143,800 - $215,800 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
