Are you passionate about steering the course of information security governance? Swile is seeking a proactive Risk and Compliance Senior Manager to join our Information Security team and play a pivotal role in shaping our security landscape.
Here's a glimpse of what's in store:- Developing and executing our information security risk assessment strategy with precision. - Coordinating enterprise-wide risk assessments and guiding mitigation plans. - Offering insights on security control recommendations and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Enhancing our Security Policies and Standards to align with industry best practices. - Presenting concise reports on information security risk activities to our leadership. - Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders on compliance and audits. - Supporting the evolution of our third-party security vendor risk management programs. - Keeping a watchful eye on the Cybersecurity Threat & Risk landscape and addressing key cybersecurity gaps.
Qualifications to thrive in this role:- Over 8 years of experience in information security compliance and risk management. - Proficiency across various information security domains and frameworks. - Familiarity with security tools/processes and Cloud Platforms is a plus. - Strong documentation skills and a knack for process optimization. - Ability to rally teams towards shared objectives. - Clear communication skills to convey technical issues with ease. - Sharp analytical skills to identify and assess cybersecurity threats, risks, and controls.
🎓 Education and Certifications:- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Preferred certifications include CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CDPSE, or similar credentials.
