We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Specialist to join our Security team in Tech Development. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, mitigating, and managing security risks across our infrastructure and applications. Your role will involve designing and implementing security best practices, conducting regular security assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will be instrumental in ensuring our systems remain resilient to cyberattacks and secure from unauthorized access.
Your Tasks
- Establish and maintain the security posture for our cloud environments.
- Configure and set up our SIEM solution.
- Implement and maintain measures as defined by security standards.
- Participate in security incident management.
- Participate in SOC roles as a security analyst, e.g. configuration management and monitoring of WAF applications.
- Translate GRC requirements into security requirements usable by security- and product engineering teams
- Work with the compliance team to ensure developer and product compliance across the product portfolio.
- Support the shift-left security initiative by offering insights into security standards.
You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working with security, either in a SOC role, DevSecOps role or similar.
- Certification in relevant security standards (Security+, CASP+, CISSP, etc.)
- Experience working with compliance and security standards in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
