As a system administrator on our team, you’ll manage and maintain our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. You’ll ensure long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization, maintain responsibility for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software, hardware, and implement operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. Your knowledge will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Your communication skills will come in handy as you provide guidance in the analysis and resolution of complex problems encountered by customers in their use of a wide variety of processing platforms, software, and network services.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with Windows administration
5+ years of experience with scripting and application packaging
5+ years of experience with managing server set up, deployment, patching, and maintenance
Experience with security and privacy controls and the ATO process
Experience in designing, setting up, updating, and maintaining the infrastructure and functionality of enterprise storage solutions and cloud computing systems, including AWS
Ability to interact with customers and product owners, including with requirements collection and product demonstration in a JIRA environment
Ability to fine tune client tenant space, including provisioning of Administrator accounts
Ability to conduct root cause analysis, issue identification, and apply solutions or escalations
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Authorizing Official (AO) workflows
Experience with agile project management frameworks and Atlassian products
Experience with troubleshooting web application support in authoring and maintaining technical documentation
Experience with SCCM to manage resources, software distribution, inventory, build software packages, and troubleshoot failed installations
Knowledge of the standard DoD security protocols, risk assessments, and incident response, including NIST Risk Management Framework
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Master's degree
Information Security Certification, including CASP+, CISM, CCNP, or CISSP
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
