Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Cybersecurity Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate who is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field to join our team as a Cybersecurity Intern for the summer of 2025. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of cybersecurity, with a focus on Data Privacy Operations (DPO), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Identity and Access Management (IAM). The intern will work closely with each of these teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

We are looking for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Cybersecurity Intern who will:

• Data Privacy Operations: Assist with the ongoing operation management of our privacy program.  Gain experience with cutting edge data privacy technologies including Microsoft Purview and Securiti.ai. Assist with data privacy education and training for CSG employees.

• Governance Risk and Compliance: Communicate, escalate and track progress on risk assessment and remediation activities.

• Identity and Access Management: Engage with cross-functional teams to drive and support security best practices for user accounts, passwords, and privileged accounts.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology and Assurance or a related field

• A strong interest in cybersecurity and a desire to learn about privacy, risk management, and security best practices

• Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• An ability to support multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment

• An ability to work remotely full-time from June to August 2025.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• An ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers in a remote work environment

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
