What will your day look like?

As an IAM Security Consultant at Devoteam, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions for our clients. You will work with a variety of technologies and protocols. You will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial assessment to deployment and ongoing support.

Responsibilities? 

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems and solutions.
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing related to IAM.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and procedures.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for IAM issues.
• Stay current with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Contribute to the development of internal knowledge and training materials.

The person we are looking for combines the qualities of a good communicator and an expert in the domains of Information Security, Cybercrime, and IT. The more boxes you can tick in the list below, the closer you match the ideal profile we are looking for.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization & access control.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and security concepts.
• Knowledge of IAM protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
• Experience with IAM products such as Ping/Forgerock, Keycloak, or Active Directory.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python or other languages.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Aware of the information Security space and related compliance frameworks (Data Protection Act, NIS2, EU AI act, GDPR, NIST, OWASP,...
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a good working knowledge of English

Desired/Preferred skills and Certifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science/Engineer/Cyber Security or relevant work experience in IT Security. 
• Information Security Certifications are nice to have
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Podman.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Logstash, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience with Git.
