Your role purposeAs a Junior Information Security Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding our digital ecosystem by supporting day-to-day security operations, assisting with compliance efforts, and contributing to incident response processes. This position offers hands-on experience across multiple security domains and serves as an entry point into our growing security team.You’ll also work closely with team members to troubleshoot issues, share knowledge, and collaborate on technical challenges—making this role ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork and learning together.
How You’ll Contribute· Identity & Access Management Support: Assist with user account lifecycle management across Microsoft Active Directory and Entra; conduct regular access reviews; monitor unauthorized access attempts.· Compliance Activities: Support ISO 27001/TISAX control implementation; maintain Mobile Iron MDM configurations; assist with documentation for audits.· Security Monitoring: Review audit logs using Microsoft Sentinel; identify potential security issues; produce reports on security events.· Incident Response: Participate in triage rotations; document incidents according to procedures; support post-incident analysis.· ISMS Support: Help improve security processes; assist with awareness initiatives; maintain security documentation.
Who we seekWe’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, collaborative by nature, and passionate about cybersecurity.
Technical Foundation:· 1+ years of experience in IT or security roles.· Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Sentinel, Entra/Azure AD, Office Suite, or Mobile Iron MDM.· Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or Python preferred).· An interest or foundational knowledge in networking/network security is highly valued.
Growth Mindset:· Curious about both technical challenges and human elements of cybersecurity.· Open to challenging existing processes respectfully while contributing new ideas.
Collaborative Spirit:· Enjoys working closely with others on technical challenges and sharing knowledge within the team.· Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-experts.· Experience working in cross-functional teams or squads is a plus.
