Security Engineer (Active Directory, Windows Group Policy)

Mandatory skills required.

• Total 3-4 years of experiecne
• Must have excellent communicaiton skills
• Must be willing to work in shifts
• Technical knowledge of various IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud service authentication and authorization models. Including Azure Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of SNOW (ServiceNow) Ticketing Tool.
• Experience of Windows Group Policy, Organization Unit Management, Groups Management, User Management, Windows Permissions and Windows trust.
• Knowledge of security monitoring tools, logs analytics and various monitoring platforms.
• Scripting knowledge PowerShell, VBscript etc.)
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory and its components.
• Experience with an enterprise scale Active Directory environment.
• Experience with directory performance analysis, monitoring and tuning.
• Good hands-on experience on Vaulting solution, Identity Management Tool, Password Policy Creation, safe management, account management, Private Ark and troubleshooting will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Windows infrastructure (Windows 2008 / 2012 / 2016 Server, Managing Active Directory, DHCP/ DNS servers and activities, Domain controller, Windows Clusters, DFS, TCP/IP)
• Knowledge of identity and access management technologies.
• Working knowledge of SNOW (ServiceNow) Ticketing Tool.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Identity and access Management, Authentication, Single Sign on and Federation Services technologies.
• Develop, document, and support PowerShell scripts required to deliver a variety of Identity solutions.
• Strong understanding of security principles, access control and least privilege concepts.
• Collaborate with security team to define and enforce access control policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams gathering requirements and develop strategies for IAM integrations across various applications and systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work proactively to ensure prompt resolution of access requests and the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction along with minimal production impact.
• Properly update all tickets using established documentation standards to ensure issues are well documented, stakeholders are informed, and issues are closed.
• Solve complex access issues related to active directories, applications and other solutions owned by the Identity and access Management team.
• Provide expertise and support during audits and assessments related to IAM practices.
• Develops, documents, implements, and enforces technical standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components that can be applied across the various identity service offerings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market trends, new technology and security/Identity Access Management services.
