What you'll be doing
- Playing a vital role in managing knowledge assets related to service infrastructure, IT systems, cloud transition, and data exchange platforms.
- Overseeing documentation of transitions, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring knowledge assets are well-organized and easily accessible.
- Promoting collaboration and continuous learning through knowledge-sharing processes and tools.
- Gathering feedback, identifying knowledge gaps, updating existing materials, and managing the retirement process for outdated information.
- Developing KPIs, assessing knowledge management practices, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
- Fostering a culture of innovation by implementing best practices and aligning knowledge management with organizational strategies.
- Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- Leading cloud migration initiatives, developing adoption strategies, and ensuring compliance with EU regulations and standards.
- Overseeing development, deployment, and integration of IT systems while monitoring performance and implementing improvements.
- Managing secure data sharing platforms, ensuring integrity and confidentiality while enforcing data governance policies.
- Establishing cybersecurity protocols, conducting security assessments, responding to incidents, and ensuring robust security practices within knowledge management.
What You'll Bring Along
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT service management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, with a proven track record in knowledge management and digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools and platforms.
- Certifications – ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English while knowledge of other EU languages is considered an asset.
