Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense. We are seeking an Information Security Analyst to support our customer’s operations at Offutt AFB, NE. This effort provides our Government customer with intelligence support services. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with NC2/ESI, SAP STO eligibility, and CI polygraph eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage Xacta or equivalent tools to support the Authorization to Operate (ATO) lifecycle.
• Safeguard systems and applications across diverse environments including cloud platforms, hypervisors, and physical infrastructure.
• Apply and uphold security policies aligned with NIST, DoD, and Intelligence Community standards.
• Perform risk assessments and vulnerability evaluations to detect and address security threats.
• Create and update comprehensive security documentation such as System Security Plans (SSPs) and SOPs.
• Monitor security events and respond to incidents, implementing remediation measures when required.
• Partner with IT teams to embed security into system design and operational workflows.
• Support security audits and maintain adherence to all applicable federal compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• US Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI, NC2/ESI, SAP STO Eligibility, pass a CI polygraph examination

Required Experience:

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education using Xacta for ATO or similar security application
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education securing systems and applications in multiple infrastructure needs (i.e. cloud, hypervisors, bare metal)
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education with NIST, DoD, and IC security processes and regulations

Education and Certifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university
• Current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or current DoD 8140 certification

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand, and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to workstation. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and the public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
