Job Title: Compliance and Risk Management Module Leader
Job Location: Dusseldorf, Germany


Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with privacy protection risk management experts to develop and build regional cyber security and user privacy protection compliance and risk control systems for new businesses and industries.
  • Establish the country-level security privacy compliance and risk control governance system, policies, regulations, risk maps, and compliance guides for new businesses, organize regions to complete self-checks and crisis drills, organize and manage regional inspections, and improve regional cyber security and privacy protection compliance and risk control organizations
  • Undertake the requirements for cyber security and user privacy protection compliance and risk control of new businesses arranged by HQ. Promote and monitor the handling mechanism of each work based on regional cyber security and user privacy protection KPIs.
  • Continuously improve the cyber security awareness of all employees of new business departments in the region, and drive and supervise the improvement of cyber security and privacy protection professional skills of employees in new BGs and business modules in the region.
  • Organize rep offices and regional business units to implement proactive review (PR) on cyber security and privacy protection and special inspections.
  • Manage cyber security compliance in countries and support CSPOs in fulfilling their compliance responsibilities.
  • Serve as a flexible resource to support key cyber security risk management projects and activities in the European Rep Office.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in cyber security and privacy protection governance. Experience in digital energy, cloud, or AI R&D industries would be advantage
  • You have international certifications in the privacy protection domain, such as CIPP/E, CIPM, and CIPT
  • You have very strong knowledge of privacy standards in the industry, privacy law and privacy governance framework
  • You have understanding of business processes of other departments
  • You have the ability to internalize external regulations and implement practices
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other European language or Chinese skills would be advantage
