AMM Security Analyst

The Opportunity:

As the AMM Security Analyst, you will be working as a valuable member in a fast-paced team made up of business support, change management, security, training, and software development professionals. The AMM Security Analyst will provide Maximo application security support corporately by delivering Maximo application support as it applies to both system solutions and business process needs. The Maximo Asset and Maintenance Management (AMM) system is a portfolio of 100+ applications that you will have a direct role in stewarding. 

• Job location: Calgary, Alberta or Site location
• Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts; or Site shift 4 x 3, 10-hour shift
• Safety sensitive position: Yes (site requirements)

Key Accountabilities:

• Schedule role-appropriate Maximo training for end users, using the corporate Learning Management System
• Provision access to approved and appropriately trained end users; support users so they see the information in Maximo they need to perform their job functions
• Manage User Access Provisioning Processes (new users, changes and inactivation)
• Ensure User Access and Security Roles are reviewed and approved by Business Security Role Owners
• Receive, research, and resolve all Maximo security issues including user access, application security and report access issues
• Manage security components including additions, changes and decommissioning of components required by the business adhering to the change management process
• Facilitate thorough testing of new security functions and features
• Governance of application security configuration design ensuring appropriate segregation of duty (SOD)

What You Bring to the Role:

• Collaborative; able to work with end users and the various AMM Maximo teams
• As we are SOX-compliant, your attention to detail and defined processes is critical
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with the following would be considered an asset: 
  • Global understanding of relevant Canadian Natural business process
  • Maximo, or other ERP application knowledge; understanding of the various roles that rely on the Maximo system
  • IT Service Management tool
  • Learning Management System
  • Business analysis skills and/or certification
