TECH NL - Proficient Pega engineer Fraud & Cybersecurity

Within ING Tech DBNL for Fraud and Cybersecurity the IT Area Fraud and 1:1 is responsible for maintaining and delivering services for fraud case management.

The current 2 squads are working from different locations (NL, Romania, India and Philippines) in hybrid mode and together responsible for daily run and risk controls.

The team

As certified Pega Lead System Architect you'll be responsible for design and managing our workflows and system integrations to meet Business requirements, maintaining security levels and integrations to be compliant with ING minimum standards and to keep the configuration future proof in line with life cycle management from the Pega Product. For this you'll work together with the above mentioned squads and our lead engineer who is responsible for aligning and delivering the backlog from Tech and Business.

Roles and responsibilities

• You are a team player, good listener and having great communication skills, experienced in aligning stakeholders, end-users and engineering teams.
• You have at least 6 years of experience as engineer in a complex Pega environment.
• Experience with multiple languages in front-end and back end technology, using pipe lines and integrated testing, test automation and scripting on top of agile way of working are advantages we appreciate.

Our Pega product is being rolled out to multiple countries. As CLSA you're knowledge and experience is needed to keep the product at par while expanding scope and users is happening. Also upgrade to Constellation and cloud will be on the roadmap coming periods.
