  • Instruction for our Fall Semester begins on September 2, 2025, and ends on December 14, 2025 – Final Course Grades are due on December 21, 2025

Course: Threat Assessment and Behavioral Analysis

This course covers how to analyze natural, man-made, and accidental threats that could possibly threaten a community. It analyzes the process of how to identify possible threats and prepare for or eliminate them. Behavioral analysis is covered to show how it can be used in assessing possible threats to communities and individuals.

What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
  • Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
  • Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
  • Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University

What You Will Bring:

*Teaching Experience Required

  • PhD in Justice Studies OR
    • Criminal Justice
  • OR Master’s in above areas AND Statistics coursework
  • Exceptions may be granted to individuals with Master’s in any field with 18 graduate credits in Justice Studies OR Criminal Justice AND has substantial teaching experience
