About the role:

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will be part of a team developing and supporting the tools and infrastructure used by all engineering teams.
Some of the main responsibilities for the role include: 

• Design and development of multiple infrastructure as code projects.
• Audit, patch, enhance, and secure open-source components.
• Deliver features and updates to the infrastructure.
• Managing and maintaining integrations.
• Maintaining stability of platforms, applications, services, and systems.
• Enabling systems for early problem detections with effective alerts & monitors for cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Work in CI/CD processes and enable tools and infrastructure to accomplish them.
• Coach engineers to develop best practices in software development. 

Job Skills/Requirements
- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills- Proven experience as a DevSecOps- 3-5 years of experience working in cloud infrastructure- Strong experience in Docker Containers, Kubernetes, AWS, IaC (Terraform is preferred), microservices architecture, and Git workflows- Experience with secret management software (Vault preferred), RESTful APIs and OpenAPI, Node.js or other web development frameworks, CI/CD tools (Jenkins or Tekton preferred), and scripting (Bash preferred) - Experience with Identity Management systems- Experience with Kafka and/or other stream processing and message brokers- Experience with SQL and DB migrations - Experience with Postgres, Redis and NoSQL- Experience with Go or other back-end technologies: Java, Python - Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal
- Able to see the big picture of how systems interact with one another

Nice to have:- Experience with Jira, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban - BSEE/BSCS or equivalent experience
