The Opportunity:
Lead a team of Risk Management Framework and DevSecOps engineers responsible for assessing, scanning, and making recommendations aimed at ensuring secure application development environment for a critical CACI product development. You will lead a team of 10 security engineers in various roles and will also serve as the primary point of contact with senior leadership and the Navy customer organization for software security matters. This is an exciting team providing difference-making insights and recommendations into the security readiness and posture of our development infrastructure and product delivery.


Responsibilities:
Acting Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Cybersecurity portions of all Spectral related contracts, including all Earned Value Management (EVM) functions as well as preparing Basis of Estimate (BOE) for new work. The person in this role will assist with preparing Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and is responsible for defending the cybersecurity baseline with the customer at IBRs. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and documenting program progress and accounting for any deviations from the program baseline, ensuring that baseline is properly resourced with qualified personnel.
 

This position is an Integrated Planning Team Level 2 management position, which means it falls directly below the overall program PM. With that comes program-level responsibilities IAW the Program Management Plan, to include:
Ownership of RMF process and deliverables, Security Controls Traceability Matrix, and Program Protected Information Program.


Briefing the government on the status of cybersecurity and related functions at all Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and other regularly scheduled event.
A primary advisor and assistant to the PM on all cybersecurity matters.
Participant in Risk Management, Change Management, and all other program level programs.



Qualifications:

Required: 

- Active TS/SCI clearance

- At least 10 years of experience with software and/or cyber engineering projects as a manager with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in software/computer science, cyber security, or an equivalent technical field or demonstrated years of experience in this field.
- Hands on experience with Earned Value Management process, projects.
- Experience with Risk Management Framework process, inputs, outputs.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, devsecops approaches and technology stack.
- Team leadership experience, small-to-medium size (5-10 people.)
- Demonstrated effective presence briefing technical materials to leadership teams, customers.
- Demonstrated track record of getting results, achieving win-win outcomes for customers and team.
- Understanding of and experience working with ICD-503, accreditation process, code scanning, POAMs, remediations, recommendations



Desired:

- Working knowledge through hands on experience with Navy/DoD customer, culture, and processes
- PMP desired

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$114,600 - 252,100 USD
