Job Description
The Cybersecurity CIB program control officer ensure project portfolio management for territory cybersecurity maturity assessment, while integrating our Cyber Security department in Portugal.
Main Tasks:
Support projects/program steering
- Assist cybersecurity strategy definition: assist definition, development and implementation of security trajectory aligned with CIB and territory objectives.
- Adapt CIB project and program plans to territory specificities, understanding and appropriating territory context
- Assist committees’ preparation and animation with various stakeholders at different management level. Report and support territory program activities. Communicate on projects with relevant stakeholders (internal, external)
- Document projects: plans, reports, risk analyses and security procedures
• Assist project resource management: assist budget (budget, FTE) formalization and monitoring.
• Lead cybersecurity maturity assessment for territory
• Assess client's territory security risk against defined cybersecurity framework.
• Collect and challenge maturity evidence.
• Participate in project scoping to reach maturity target
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Rules & norms (Knowledge of regulatory standards, ability to translate them into internal policies)
- Regulatory (general knowledge in IT and cybersecurity regulators framework)
- Control (Ability to verify operations, ensure that the procedures are being followed…) - Expert
- Cybersecurity (general knowledge in cybersecurity risks, frameworks and requirements)
- Risk opinion (ability to challenge, approve and decide new activities, projects…)
- IT knowledge (global knowledge of IT, its major processes and assets & solutions)
- Business/IT Relationship (ability to understand business needs)
- ISO 27001
- NIST -
- Microsoft office (Excel, Macro, PowerPoint)
