The Staff InfoSec Engineer proactively improves security systems by conducting advanced threat modelling and working on strategic security initiatives that impact the business. This role plays a critical part in shaping the organization's security landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced threat modelling and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape security strategies.
• Lead strategic security initiatives and projects.
• Develop and implement security solutions.
• Mentor and guide other security professionals.

Skills

• Master-level knowledge of security principles and strategic approaches to security management.
• Proficient in managing security incidents and expertise in integrating security measures.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking, leadership, and a proactive, innovative approach to security challenges.
• Advanced ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent proven experience in a similar role - Is required.
