Role Summary:

The InfoSec Analyst will take on a crucial role in guaranteeing data protection and secure access control to the company's systems, mitigating security risks and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations. This professional will be responsible for the integrity of security processes related to devices and credentials, directly impacting the continuity and confidence in the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• General IT support, including help desk services, equipment maintenance, software installation, printer configuration, and troubleshooting of issues related to the work environment.
• Manage the lifecycle of internal and client access, ensuring that credentials are properly created, maintained, and revoked as needed.
• Manage digital certificates, ensuring they are up-to-date and correctly implemented.
• Carry out the secure setup of laptops and employee devices, enforcing security policies to protect endpoints.
• Monitor device usage and remote access, ensuring compliance with the company’s security policies.
• Implement and configure access management tools, VPN control, and security monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security of both in-office and remote work environments.
• Participate in security audits and maintain compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
• Provide technical security support to employees and teams, ensuring that all devices remain updated and secure.

Requirements

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Intermediate English skills.
• Interest or basic experience in access and identity management (IAM), including user credentials and digital certificates.
• Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory or Azure AD (academic projects or internships are a plus).
• Basic understanding of endpoint security concepts and interest in learning tools like CrowdStrike, Bitdefender, etc.
• Willingness to learn about VPN solutions and remote access security (experience with tools like Fortinet or Zscaler is a differential).
• Basic knowledge of device security policies, permissions control, and encryption is desirable.
• Interest in learning about auditing and information security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, LGPD, GDPR).
• Availability to work 3 days a week in the Brazilian office located in São Paulo/SP - Berrini.
