Cloud Security Administrator

Since 2016, T-Rex Solutions (T-Rex) has been supporting large scale hybrid-cloud migrations and systems modernization, to include the successful deployment of the first-ever online U.S. Census in 2020. T-Rex is actively expanding its IT Modernization services within the Federal Civilian market, specifically supporting the IRS's strategic priorities.

T-Rex is seeking a Cloud Security Administrator to support the transformation and administration of resilient, secure cloud environments for the IRS. All work is performed on-site in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and management of secure cloud architectures in an Azure environment. 
• Utilize extensive system administration experience to ensure seamless operations and high availability of cloud, O365 and Azure VDI services.
• Apply security administration expertise to manage identity and access management (IAM), implement network security policies, and monitor compliance with security frameworks.
• Leverage scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate tasks, enhance system efficiencies, and orchestrate complex workflows.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $138,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
