As Project Manager Consulting Services – Maritime Cybersecurity, you:

• lead and implement the consulting service delivery assisting our customers with integrating Cybersecurity services 

• influence across functions and seniority levels to optimize workflow and team performance 

• enhance our Cybersecurity concept for ship integrations based on IEC62443 ensuring consistent quality and class systems.  

You have direct customer exposure with responsibility to establish partnerships and drive the execution of key projects, ensuring we meet customer requirements and company strategic and business goals. You will be responsible for leading the provision of project management consulting services and negotiations with customers, partners and regulatory bodies to ensure joint customer and business success. The position is hybrid, permanent, and the location is in Denmark. 

Responsibilities: 

• Customer relationship engagement: Build and grow customer success and engagement through exceptional service delivery​ 

• Project implementation: Demonstrate project leadership, independently lead all aspects of project implementation from planning to feedback collection​ 

• Stakeholder engagement: Ensure alignment & engagement with various cross-functional internal/external stakeholders and regulatory bodies is established and leads to both customer & business success. Proactively manage expectations in all interactions with customers, internal & external partners or suppliers​ 

• Lead the project team and ensure the delivery of Cybersecurity projects under tight completion targets for end customers ensuring all areas of project management activities are managed including amongst others; project scope, schedule, resources, quality, cost and risk​ 

• Be a key player in developing Cybersecurity as a capability and a new revenue stream ​ 

• ensure projects are conducted in accordance with organizational policies, & procedures as well as regulatory and standards​ 

 Who you are: 

• Proactive, self-starter able to jump in, ramp up and lead without a lot of oversight or direction 

• Advanced influencing and negotiation experience with a value discovery and delivery mindset 

• Strong entrepreneurial attitude, strong customer facing and relationship building attitude, goal oriented and drive to surpass customer and business expectations 

• Multicultural sensitivity, ability to build relations and lead multi-cultural teams 

• Strategic forward thinker, positive mindset and proactive way of working 

• Proven experience in IT/OT environment, consulting or project management, particularly within industries such as IT/OT, Cybersecurity, Maritime and/or related  

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex projects successfully reaching the customer and business outcomes 

• Fluency with English language  

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences or Economics 

• Demonstrated experience with compliance standards (eg: IEC 62443)  

• Maritime background is welcomed 

• Experience operating across different project management methodologies (waterfall and agile) is welcomed
