The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing security questionnaires, addressing security-related inquiries, and supporting compliance initiatives.


What you’ll do:

• Complete and manage security questionnaires for prospective and existing customers
• Serve as a resource for sales team members by addressing security questions and concerns
• Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to update compliance policies and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and documentation
• Stay informed about relevant regulatory changes and industry standards

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, information security, or legal operations
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and information security frameworks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into clear explanations
• Proficiency with office productivity software and documentation management tools

• Experience with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Background in contract management or legal document processing (not required, but a plus!)
• Experience in a SaaS or technology environment Proficient in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
