Cybersecurity Specialist

Devsinc is on the lookout for a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's information systems and networks from security threats. You will analyze data breaches, develop defensive strategies, and implement security measures to safeguard our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
• Monitor security alerts and manage the incident response process.
• Implement security measures like firewalls, encryption, and access controls.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Analyze current security policies and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff on cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or network security roles.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and authentication systems.
• Experience with security tools (IDS/IPS, SIEM, firewall management, etc.).
• Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
