About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Cybersecurity Early Talent & Rotation Program Manager that will recruit, manage and develop the cybersecurity rotation program and spearhead cybersecurity's early talent initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cybersecurity leaders, HR partners and early talent teams to shape the future of cybersecurity talent within our organization.


In this role, you will:

  • Design and lead a multi-year early talent rotation program within the Cybersecurity organization, aligning with business needs and talent goals
  • Develop program frameworks, learning objectives, success metrics, and career pathways for program participants
  • Stay informed of cybersecurity workforce trends and best practices in early talent development to inform program evolution
  • Coordinate and manage rotational assignments across cybersecurity functions
  • Partner with rotation hosts to scope meaningful projects and ensure experiential learning opportunities
  • Monitor participant progress and ensure alignment with developmental goals
  • Partner with university relations, recruitment teams, and hiring managers to identify and onboard top early-career talent, including interns and full-time rotational hires
  • Develop and facilitate learning paths, bootcamps, workshops, and speaker series tailored for early-career cybersecurity professionals
  • Provide ongoing career coaching and feedback to program participants
  • Create tools and dashboards to track participant progress, program outcomes, and rotational feedback
  • Report on program success metrics and deliver insights to cybersecurity and HR leadership
  • Use feedback and data to continuously improve program design and participant experience


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in relationship management
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity skill and talent management
  • Strategic experience to coordinate and manage rotational assignments
  • Coaching and development experience with early talent
  • Effective management experience or equivalent
