Pay your bill, manage your account, report an outage, and learn how to save energy.- Executes financial tracking and perform analysis for Enterprise Cybersecurity. Responsible to ensure that O&M and Capital budgets are maintained with the appropriate funding including the planning and development of organizational 5-year O&M and capital plans at the project, activity, section and element of expense level.
- Coordinates with Information Security Project Leads, Systems Managers, and project stakeholders to identify requirements and to ensure budget commitments are met.
- Supports the development, revision, maintenance, and implementation of financial processes, protocols, and systems. Drafts procedures to support further process development.
- Serves as back up to Manager for financial and budgeting matters, particularly for Information Security to report the status of the Information Security capital programs/portfolios
- Supports rate case filings, monthly KPI reporting, and enterprise level reporting on cybersecurity financial metric and financial data.
- Supports the PMO team to drive Enterprise Security procurements to completion and tracks ongoing procurement obligations for the portfolio of existing products to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintains the complex chart of accounts for Enterprise Security and facilitates Property Records Accounting rulings.
- Supports the PMO Team to track and monitor project milestones and status reporting.
- Flags potential issues and appropriately escalates.
- Establishes project management best practices by ensuring use of project management tool PI 360, creating templates and tools, and conducting trainings. Coach and train team members and coworkers on the use of these tools.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
- Master's Degree Three (2) years work experience in business analysis capacity, e.g. business management, technology analysis/development, finance, audit, budget/cost management, planning/forecasting, scheduling, consulting or corporate shared service function.
- Bachelor's Degree Three (3) years work experience in business analysis capacity, e.g. business management, technology analysis/development, finance, audit, budget/cost management, planning/forecasting, scheduling, consulting or corporate shared service function.
- Associate's Degree Three (5) years work experience in business analysis capacity, e.g. business management, technology analysis/development, finance, audit, budget/cost management, planning/forecasting, scheduling, consulting or corporate shared service function.
- High School Diploma/GED Three (7) years work experience in business analysis capacity, e.g. business management, technology analysis/development, finance, audit, budget/cost management, planning/forecasting, scheduling, consulting or corporate shared service function.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of project management concepts and ability to support project monitoring, tracking, and facilitation Required
- Must demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills. Required
- Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Required
- Must have usage and knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Required
- Experience with budgeting/forecasting. Required
- Experience with Oracle iProcurement/iSupplier/BI/other Oracle. Preferred
- Experience developing and delivering well organized analytical presentations. Preferred
- Experience with procurement function or contract administration a plus. Preferred
- Experience with Primavera or PI360 a plus. Preferred
- Experience working as a project manager or in a project or program management office (PMO) role a plus. Preferred
- Experience in Information Technology/Cybersecurity a plus. Preferred

- Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
