As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the client’s mission by performing IT infrastructure support of VMware and Linux systems as well as cybersecurity functions. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions.

You Have: 

• 2+ years of experience with VMware ESXi

• 1+ years of experience with MS SQL or PostgreSQL

• 1+ years of experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

• Experience with DoD information systems including STIGs

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• DoD 8570 IAT II certification

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience performing both IT infrastructure support and cybersecurity functions

• Experience with Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure

• Ability to perform patch management

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field

• Red Hat Certified Administrator or Red Hat Certified Systems Engineer

• DoD 8570 IAT III certification

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
