The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.

There’s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

•    •    Experience with Application hardening and implementation of security standards – eg CIS, PCI, NIST
•    Proficiency in using application security tools (e.g., Qualys)
•    O365 application and cloud environment management and secure hardening. Familiar with governing 0365
•    Corporate Application Software support and troubleshooting
•    Development and implementation of remediation plans to address identified application vulnerabilities
•    Collaborating with development teams and vendors to ensure timely and effective remediation of vulnerabilities
•    Designing, managing and troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services and Application publishing
•    Monitoring and tracking remediation efforts to completion
•    Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
•    Familiarity of change management, ITIL and ITSM processes
•    Application security assessment tools and techniques
•    Secure coding practices and application security
•    Problem-solving and analysis
•    Ability to work collaboratively with development teams
•    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•    Windows Admin 

Required Skills:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

•  8+ years of experience with Application hardening and implementation of security standards – eg CIS, PCI, NIST
•    Application vulnerabilities remediation and using qualys  
•    Hands on experience designing, managing and troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services farm and Application publishing
•    Expert managing Azure AD, ADFS and AD Sync 
•    Experience managing Vmware ESXi Server Environment

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
• Vulnerability management
• Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
•Familiarity of change management, ITIL and ITSM processes
• Application security assessment tools and techniques
•  Ability to work collaboratively with development teams
•  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•  Windows Admin
