Technical Analyst - IT Security & Governance

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Analyst with a strong background in IT Security Compliance, System Governance, System Resiliency, and IT Audits. The ideal candidate should have the ability to plan, drive, manage, and coordinate technical enhancements and projects in these critical areas within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
• Drive initiatives related to system governance and resiliency improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and support internal/external IT audits.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement control measures and security enhancements.
• Lead and manage projects focused on improving infrastructure stability, compliance posture, and operational governance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Security Compliance and System Governance
• Understanding of System Resiliency planning and best practices
• Experience with IT Audits and regulatory compliance in the banking sector
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
