Business Continuity ManagerWe are now looking for a Business Continuity Manager to Tietoevry Tech Services, to our Quality team that loves working with securing the continuity of our customer’s services and is pivotal in managing our crisis management process. Business Continuity and Crisis Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Tech Services can continue its operations during and after a disruption. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks associated with this role:
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and Implementing Continuity Strategy & Plans: Create and maintain business continuity plans and strategies to ensure operations can continue during and after a disruption. Responsible for the overall business continuity strategy and its implementation.
- Crisis Management: managing and defining the Crisis Management Process and Roles within Tech Services. Document and rollout the process and maintain records of critical events.
- Responsible for BIA: Defining and leading Business Impact Analysis. BIA is the process that helps Tech Services to identify and evaluate the potential effects of disruptions to the critical business processes and services. The goal of BIA is to determine the impact of a disruptive events on the organization's ability to function.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations.
- Ensure that the business continuity process meets the required and applicable level of compliance to regulations, laws or local and/or customer requirements.
- Work with business heads and key stakeholders to define critical business functions and determine appropriate recovery strategies
- BCM (Business Continuity Manager) training for relevant stakeholders.
- Drive strategic business continuity issues and constantly work with improvements
- Keep track of Business Continuity Plans, Service Recovery Plans, Customer Specific It Service Continuity Plans and their performed tests.
- Reporting to TTS LT on the business continuity status and crisis management activities per need or so required.
- Participating in periodical internal and external audits as BCM responsible.
- Create and/or compile reports and present them to the target group appropriately.
- Assist as specialist expertise in major contract and/or tender processes.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. or Bachelor or similar level (business) acquired through experience
- Significant experience working with Business Continuity planning, Disaster Recovery Planning, Crisis Management and testing thereof
- Experience of working with Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Knowledge of ISO22301
- Ability to see the large and complex picture, divide it into smaller pieces and make actionable plans out of it.
- Experience in driving strategic issues and improvement measures
- Expressed interest in security-related services, methodologies, practices or equivalent
- Documented good leadership skills
- Fluent English, in both speech and writing
- Be able to participate as a meeting participant but also can run meeting processes, both internally and externally.

We expect you to have:
- You have been working with privacy related matters and topics
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices: ISO 27000, 22301 Series, PCI DSS, GDPR, CSA, ISAE3402 and other generic regulatory compliance frameworks
- You understand the technologies that are affected by compliance requirements and impact that generates
- Competencies equal to CISA, CISM, QSA
- Experience operating within ITIL processes and related procedures.
