You Are:

The Sr. Program Manager/Cyber Operation (SOC) will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. 

The Work:

  • They will leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Here's What You Need:

  • Program Management Experience: - 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience in managing large federal programs, with comprehensive knowledge of government contract compliance, financial oversight, and performance metrics
  • Security Operations Management: Experience overseeing multi-location SOCs, ensuring consistency across all sites
  • Advanced understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and continuous monitoring techniques
  • Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence Expertise: Experience in cybersecurity frameworks, SIEM platforms, and threat intelligence protocols
  • Leadership in Dispersed Environments: Experience in successfully managing and mentoring remote teams across multiple locations
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery and continuity planning, particularly for dispersed operations
  • Technical & Compliance Proficiency: Experience with federal cybersecurity standards and risk management practices
  • Ability to define and monitor program metrics, key performance indicators, and risk profiles
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Bonus Points If:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills to maintain team cohesion and accountability
  • Program or project management in the cybersecurity domain
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
  • Certifications such as GIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC) or Certified Security Operations Manager (CSOM) preferred
  • Certifications such as Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA) or GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI) are preferred to demonstrate expertise in proactive threat analysis

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
