Security Analyst

Security Analysts play a crucial role in securing Trintech's SaaS platforms, infrastructure & data.  Security Analysts are responsible for monitoring security events, investigating incidents, implementing corporate security policies, ensuring compliance within globally recognized security frameworks & reporting within the Security Audit & Compliance space.  Security Analysts operate in all areas across the Cloud Operations Group to ensure Trintech offers the highest levels of security available in the market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to protect information systems and data.
• Assess potential risks from internal / external sources 
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest security intelligence, tools & publications relating to security breaches
• Educate members of the Cloud Operations Group on best-practices and security foresights
• Collaborate with management to create an organization-wide best practices policy for cybersecurity.
• Ensure SaaS compliance with industry standards and regulations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline - Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points for: 

• Prior experience in a role where information security is paramount
• Experience working in a SaaS environment.
