Your Responsibilities: 

As a dual student, you will support our IT Cybersecurity Procurement team under the supervision of experienced team members and contribute to sourcing projects, strategies elaboration.

This includes the following duties:

• Analyse and manage procurement demands from our internal clients
• Support face to face negotiations
• Contribute to the management of open tenders (RFx)
• Help structuring our Cybersecurity supplier landscape with active market screening together with key supplier footprint monitoring at Orange and DT

Your Profile:

You’re currently preparing a University degree in the area of Procurement, Business Administration, or a qualification on the same level (M2 level)

Or you’re currently preparing an Engineering degree with a high business focus (rather than a deep technical expertise)

You also possess the following qualifications & skills:

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to conduct detailed market and supplier analysis.
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills to evaluate costs, bids, and supplier performance.

Negotiation Skills:

• Capable of supporting or leading negotiations with suppliers.
• Understanding of pricing, value propositions, and leveraging negotiation tactics.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Ability to present complex procurement data in a clear and concise manner.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, legal, and finance departments, to align procurement with business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal teams and suppliers.

Adaptability:

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, adapting to new challenges in a dynamic telecommunications industry.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies, products, and procurement trends.
• A good understanding of the challenges of cybersecurity is a plus, but not mandatory
