Job purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PAM (Privileged Access Management) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) Service Manager to join our team. This role involves leading a team of engineers and technicians responsible for maintaining and managing PAM and MFA solutions.

Role insights:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the maintenance and management of PAM and MFA solutions.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets related to PAM and MFA.
• Onboard new target systems to PAM and MFA solutions.
• Responsible for ongoing operation of PAM and MFA solutions.
• Manage activities for maintenance (installation of updates/upgrades and
patching, configurations) of PAM and MFA solutions and adjust them to
stakeholder’s current requirements.
• Monitor the progress of current projects and take necessary actions to meet
project goals, including coordination and delegation of tasks to the
respective service team members.
• Support ongoing activities within IAM Operations, including PAM and MFA
solutions.
• Coordinate, support, and monitor troubleshooting of technical problems,
health-check monitoring, and incident management.
• Oversee and guide all activities of the MFA and PAM service team and ensure
the team follows best practices and maintains service level agreements.
• Resolve complaints and concerns from service users professionally and in a
timely manner.
• Support the team manager with administrative tasks including reporting,
budgeting, project planning, and task prioritization.
• Coordinate SLA creation and monitor execution, develop problem
management and service improvement plans.
• Suggest and implement improvements for managed services (PAM & MFA).
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, integrators, and target system
responsibles
• Ensure proactive lifecycle, change, and security management.
• Perform tasks in a timely and professional manner

What makes you unique:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of PAM and MFA best practices and industry standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Certified Identity and Access
Manager) are a plus.
