Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Strategy and Enablement will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives and operational effectiveness of the cybersecurity team. This role is akin to a chief of staff position, focusing on strategy, education, awareness, communications, budget management, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Enablement

• Organizational Context and Strategy
• Accountable for strategic cybersecurity frameworks for the Company, including NIST CSF 2.0 and supporting other framework compliance initiatives. 
• Communicate successes effectively, simplify and consolidate reporting rhythms and processes. 
• Develop comprehensive documentation products to manage and monitor the organization's regulatory, legal, risk, environmental, and operational requirements.
   
• Education, Awareness and Training
• Lead the Email Protections Initiatives, and user education. 
• Develop and promote the Cybersecurity across the global organization.
• Establish and manage the internal Net Promoter Score (NPS) process. 
• Elevate enterprise defenders through targeted initiatives. 
• Ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of training initiatives. 
   
• Communications
• Consolidate all communication pathways and normalize processes. 
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance communication reach. 
   
• Budget and Operational Effectiveness
• Provide holistic budget management and cost optimization initiatives  
• Accountable for the cybersecurity Project Management Office (PMO) consolidating projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes. 
• Develop and implement an agile framework for the organization. 

Basic Qualifications

• University Degree with 8+ years experience in information technology, cybersecurity, software development and/or engineering, OR Advanced Degree with 5+ years experience in information technology, cybersecurity, software development and/or engineering.
• 5+ years experience with budget management and cost optimization strategies. 
• 5+ years in Agile framework and project management, and/or continuous improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications (assets)

• Strong leadership with experience with cross functional teams. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
