We are seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer for a part-time role focused on compliance documentation, audits, and security analysis. This role supports secure environments by guiding RMF implementation and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to cybersecurity.

Guide RMF and NIST 800-53 implementation

Support STE/STN documentation and security evaluations

Complete required security paperwork and processes

Perform regular system audits and respond to security inquiries

Apply defense-in-depth and secure architecture best practices
You are required to have this:

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent)

IAM Tier 1 certification

Familiarity with RMF, NIST 800-53, and secure network architectures

TS/SCI with Polygraph

Ability to work independently and communicate across stakeholder groups
Desirable Skills:
-
Familiarity with customer security tools and corporate data repositories

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary Range: $110,000 - $117,500
