• Manage and maintain the ISMS control environment, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Rapid7, Tanium, and other security systems.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect the organization's information assets.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of security systems.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, providing timely and effective resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the security posture of the organization.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices and protocols.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity and Microsoft cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Rapid7, Tanium, and other security systems.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining ISMS control environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
