Pay: $66,500 – $95,950
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain information security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure documentation and practices are aligned with company and Cyber Security best practices around AI usage, implementation, and monitoring.
- Monitor and report on compliance with Information Security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Information Security is integrated into business processes and projects.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on Information Security best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, threats, and technologies to ensure the organization's information security posture remains robust.
- Assist in the development and delivery of Information Security training and awareness programs.
- Prepare and present reports on information security metrics and performance to senior management.
- Review and answer vendor questionnaires and contracts for Information Security compliance.
- Support AI third party vendor and technology risk management processes, including issue remediation and exception management.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by line managers, directors, or the CISO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with information security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Some experience in information security governance, risk management, or compliance a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create and foster relationship with different areas and levels of the organization and beyond.
- High degree of integrity, trustworthiness, professionalism and character.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
