Job purpose 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves working on the implementation and support of IAM tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including knowledge of Java, PowerShell, and network protocols.

Role insights:

• Implement and support IAM tools and solutions.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Java and PowerShell to automate IAM processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM tools and systems.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IAM systems.
• Assist in the onboarding of new applications and systems to the IAM environment.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IAM.

What makes you unique:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting IAM tools.
• Strong knowledge of Java and PowerShell.
• Understanding of network protocols and their application in IAM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Certified Identity and Access Manager) are a plus.
