Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities.
  • Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation.
  • Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections and TEMPEST surveys.
  • Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.
  • Research and develop policy and instruction at the agency and ICD level.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • TSCM Certified with experience in TEMPEST assessments.
  • Knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes.
  • General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure.
  • BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience can be exchanged for degree requirements.

Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
