What You'll do:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with the organizations business objectives;

- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks across digital assets and infrastructure;

- Establish and maintain an effective incident response plan to address security breaches promptly;

- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices;

- Strengthen and enhance network security measures to protect organizational data and systems;

- Define security parameters related to SAP systems and applications;

- Provide guidance and leadership to a part-time cybersecurity officer responsible for documentation and reporting;

- Collaborate with operational teams to integrate security within automation and operational technologies;

- Apply industry-specific knowledge to develop tailored security practices in an industrial environment;

- Promote a proactive security culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

What You Are:

- Proven experience in a senior information security role, preferably as a CISO or similar leadership position;

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, incident response planning, and risk management;

- Experience in securing operational and automation technologies;

- Background in industrial environments and understanding of sector-specific security challenges;

- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively;

- High degree of versatility and adaptability in dynamic work settings;

- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory); Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus;

- On-site presence required.
