Job Title: Offensive Security Technical Coordinator
Location: Krakow
Hybrid work model: 8 days per month in the office 
Department: Offensive Security Center

About the Role

We’re looking for an Offensive Security Technical Coordinator to join our cybersecurity team and help lead proactive security testing initiatives. Your work will directly support the protection of our information systems and critical infrastructure. You’ll be a key part of our efforts to identify and address vulnerabilities before they become risks.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about ethical hacking, enjoys working across teams, and values collaboration, clarity, and purpose in their work.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of the Offensive Security Center, coordinating activities like:

  • Penetration Testing
  • Red Team and Purple Team Exercises
  • Secure Code Reviews
  • Vulnerability Assessments

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating offensive security testing projects
  • Facilitating communication between internal teams and clients
  • Building and supporting a collaborative team environment
  • Tracking and reporting key milestones, risks, and timelines
  • Supporting documentation and administrative tasks
  • Helping improve testing processes and standards
  • Potentially managing a small, coordinated team function

What Matters Most (Must-Have Skills & Experience)

  • Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with cybersecurity or offensive security concepts
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Understanding of core security principles: confidentiality, integrity, availability
  • Knowledge of security standards like ISO27001 and OWASP Top 10
  • Ability to work independently with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable handling sensitive/confidential information
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

What’s an Asset (Nice-to-Have Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with secure application design and secure coding practices
  • Experience with both Unix and Windows systems
  • Background in project management or coordinating technical teams
  • Ability to speak other languages
  • Willingness to travel to Belgium HQ up to 2 days per month if needed
  • Previous exposure to red teaming or purple teaming activities
