Security solutions, threat intelligence, infrastructure, and application delivery for enterprises and service providers for on-premises, multi cloud, and edge cloud.A10 Networks is seeking a strategic and technically seasoned Strategic Partner SE to lead partner enablement and drive adoption of our security, cloud, and application delivery portfolio across our channel ecosystem. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to our most strategic partners—bridging technical expertise with go-to-market strategy to accelerate solution adoption and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a cybersecurity and cloud architecture leader who thrives at the intersection of technical sales, partner enablement, and market innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner Enablement & Evangelism
Lead high-impact enablement strategies that elevate partner capabilities around next-gen DDoS mitigation, Zero Trust, TLS inspection, and multi-cloud application protection. Represent A10 as the technical face of our channel. - Solution Architecture Leadership
Guide top-tier partners in the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and cloud-optimized solutions that address real-world customer challenges—leveraging A10's full portfolio. - Channel Influence & Technical Strategy
Shape regional and global channel strategies by providing market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive insights to product, sales, and marketing teams. Drive roadmap influence and solution differentiation. - Thought Leadership & Evangelism
Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud and security across partner-facing events, industry forums, webinars, and joint customer sessions. Champion the adoption of A10 innovations across the channel ecosystem. - Advanced Pre-Sales Support
Provide high-level technical guidance during strategic partner-led sales pursuits, including architecture planning, POC oversight, and executive-level presentations. - Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with regional sales leaders, product management, and partner marketing to develop and execute joint GTM campaigns, technical content, and enablement roadmaps.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in pre-sales, technical architecture, or channel enablement roles with a focus on AI Infrastructure, security, cloud, and networking solutions
- Deep understanding of network security (L3–L7), public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), Zero Trust architectures, and encrypted traffic management
- Prior experience influencing channel strategy and enablement programs at a senior level across VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, and distributors
- Proven track record of executive engagement, technical presentations, and joint solution development with partners
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, or equivalent are strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel for strategic partner engagements, training summits, and executive briefings
